For a medical claims, Kindly follow the below steps according to the cases listed below.
Choose a provider the Network attached to your Policy (All Agreed Hospitals or Restricted Network of Hospitals).
I- In case of Emergency

1. Present your Medical Insurance Card and Personal Identification Card upon arrival.
2. Our third party administrator (NextCare) will provide the requested approval to your hospital/Medical Center.

II- In case of Non-Emergency

1- Prepare the following documents and submit them to the hospital admission or to our delegate, preferably 48 hours in advance:

 

1.1 Medical Report including the diagnosis and related surgery code;
1.2 Identity Card;
1.3 Medical Card;
1.4 NSSF Post Authorization, if any.

 

2- For further assistance, please contact NextCare Claims Center, which operates 24/7, on the following numbers: 01/ 504000 – Fax: 01/ 498323.

 

III- In case of Laboratory tests / Out-Patient Services

1- Submit the following documents to a Health Care Provider:

 

1.1 Your Physician’s medical report, which includes the diagnosis;
1.2 Identity Card;
1.3 Medical Card.

 

2- If eligible, NextCare will send an Authorization to the selected healthcare provider.
3- A deductible (if any) shall be settled directly to the healthcare provider.
